The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
No child shall use the playground structures until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structures.
The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch is forgotten.
As of August 31, 2015 all rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request
As of August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for 52 Kindergarten children and must meet the staff: child ratios and respect the maximum group size identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
Until August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for 40 JK/SK children and must meet the staff: child ratios and respect the maximum group sizes identified in Schedule 3 of Ontario Regulations 262.

Director's Approval

As of August 31, 2015 Director approval is granted to allow mixed age grouping pursuant to ss.8(2) and (3) of O.Reg. 137/15.
Director's approval is granted in accordance with s. 22(b1) for a playground without fully enclosed fencing for Jr. and Sr. kindergarten children.
Director approval has been granted for kindergarten and school age children to bring bag lunches and snacks.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 30 children (68 months - 12 years), maximum 6 children, may be from the younger age group ( 44-67 months).
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 20 children (44 -67months ), maximum 4 children, may be from the younger age group ( 31 months - 5 years).
As of August 31, 2015, Director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group.
