H2O-Fit

We have been in business since 1994, and look forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary this coming fall. We currently offer adult aquafit classes, diaper-fit classes (for parents/tots aged 5-17 months), and and toddler-fit classes (for parents/tots aged 18-36 months) at five locations in Toronto, and we plan to open a sixth location in North Toronto this fall. Our aquafit and parent/tot classes are unlike any other in the city, and we have a highly trained and experienced instructor team.

Programs

• Aquafit Classes: non-impact workout reduces stress on joints and is a great way to strengthen and tone muscles without strain or post-exercise pain. 
• Diaper-Fit: for parents and tots (5-17 months), a great combination of fitness and fun
• Toddler-Fit: for parents and tots (18-36 months)
