Established in 1975, PLASP Child Care Services has built a solid reputation as an excellent provider of Before and After School programs as well as Early Learning and Child Care. A not-for-profit, community-based, charitable organization, PLASP provides care and early learning to 10,970 children from 8,657 families annually. School-age programs are located in 205 schools throughout Peel and Toronto, including 89 locations with Full-Day Kindergarten programs. School age programs include before school, lunch, after school and P.A. Day trips. PLASP also operates 21 Early Learning and Child Care Centres catering to toddlers and preschool children up to 5 years of age.
Recognizing our established reputation, PLASP has been voted the number one provider of child care by the readers of the Mississauga News Newspaper and City Parent Magazine every year since 1998. And, was also chosen as the Gold Winner for the Brampton Guardian Reader's Choice Award.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The kindergarten and the school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full days on PA Days and school holidays. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the daily use of Room 120 and the alternate space of Rooms 121 or 118A for 20 children. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the daily use of Room 107, the Gymnasium and the Gym stage for 15 children in each space. |
| The playground approval and use are based on the submission of written confirmation from a certified third party playground inspector that the playground meets all current CSA Standards including the installation of the fencing to enclose the existing playground. |
| Before changes are made to shared space and/or the total capacity for kindergarten and/or school-age children, the operator shall ensure that an up to date shared space confirmation document that is signed by the operator and a school board representative is available on site for Ministry review. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by September 1, 2016 that the written plan for completion of valid certification in standard first aid including infant and child CPR has been completed by all staff and that full compliance has been achieved. |
