| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator is to ensure that during the times when the Kindergarten program is using the JK/SK room, the nursery program will not to be operating within the centre. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |

Director's Approval

Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children; Preschool (16): 3 children; JK/SK (20): 4 children; School Age (15): 3 children. |
