Founded in 1987, NYLPD is a not-for-profit organization operated by a Board of Directors committed to providing high quality childcare services to families throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our Board of Directors develops the guidelines, policies and procedures used in the successful day-to-day operation of the centres.We believe that our success as a childcare service operator comes from our commitment to each family that joins our program and the community that forms around them.

The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Care may be provided to a maximum of 9 infants in Infant Room 2 until the operator submits written confirmation that a 10th crib has been purchased and included in the sleep room. |
| Within the licensed capacity of the centre, Infant Room 2 may be used for 10 infants OR 10 toddlers. |
| Within the licensed capacity of the centre, Toddler room 2 room may be used for 16 preschool children OR 15 toddlers. |
