| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| This program is licensed to operate one room with 16 preschool children with an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator’s plan reviewed during the licensing inspection. |
| The licensee shall provide written confirmation to the Ministry by October 15, 2015 that an offence declaration form was obtained by the deadline of September 30, 2015 from each person from whom the licensee previously obtained a vulnerable sector check which is more than one year old but less than five years old. |
