| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that the weekly Safety Audit/Checklist developed by the operator to address non-compliances during the licensing inspection, is completed each week, reviewed, signed, and retained on file to be reviewed by ministry staff. |
| The identified persons shall attend each Supervisor's Network meeting provided by the City of Toronto, document the dates, and retain on file, to be reviewed by ministry staff during ministry inspections. |
| Children will be escorted and directly supervised by staff on their way to playground B. Safety cones will be placed across the driveways and an additional staff will be positioned at the driveway each time children cross the driveways. These requirements shall be added to the playground safety policy, and documented in the playground safety inspection log each time playground B is used. |
