| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the use of the Early Years Pod. |
| The School Age capacity is based on the use of Room 3 with the alternate space of Room 12. |
| No child shall use the school's playground structures until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written confirmation the surfacing meets CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the Program Advisor prior to the use of the structures. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows; Preschool (16): 3 children, JK/SK (20): 4 children, School Age (30): 6 children. |
