EMS - Standard First Aid - CPR-C - RECERT (SFA-C R)

Please note: Toronto Paramedic Services is teaching the EMS First Aid Program. Participants must possess an EMS First Aid Standard First Aid certificate that has not expired. This program is recognized by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). It does not qualify as a National Lifeguard Service (NLS) prerequisite. Standard first aid training is a legislative requirement in workplaces that have more than five employees at a workplace on any one shift. Learn how to deal with common medical emergencies that can occur in the workplace or at home.
Prerequisite: Participants must possess an EMS First Aid Standard First Aid certificate that has not expired. Important: Registrants must send in proof of current certification to emscpr@toronto.ca to qualify for training or you will receive an Emergency First Aid and CPR-C certification.

ART - P.A. Day Extravaganza

Spend your PA Day at an art gallery! The Varley Art Gallery exposes students to some of the best artists in Canada through interactive tours and art activities. Our young artists get their inspiration from the artworks on show and spend the day focusing on their own masterpieces by participating in full-day mixed media workshops - painting, drawing, and sculpture. All materials included. Please bring a nut-free snack and lunch. Program runs from 9:00am-4:00pm; extended care is included from 8:00-9:00am and 4:00-6:00pm.

Spend a day with a local artist, drawing and painting in the fine art studio. Use a range of drawing materials to plan a masterpiece to paint in the afternoon. A material fee of $9.04 (tax included) will be added to the course fee. Before and after-care available for an additional fee. Age: 4-7

P.A. Day Art Camp Senior - Age: 8-12

Spend a day with a local artist, drawing and painting in the fine art studio. Use a range of drawing materials to plan a masterpiece to paint in the afternoon. A material fee of $9.04 (tax included) will be added to the course fee. Age: 8-12
