Cooking: Bake and Take ( 6 to 13 Years)

Participants will have the opportunity to create a variety of homemade cookies and treats. As the homemade goodies are being baked; participants will also create homemade cookie jars with a variety of dry ingredients to try recipes at home.

Cooking: Chocolate Heaven (10 to 13 Years)

Through this program, participants will indulge their creative side while working with chocolate. Participants will make a variety of intriguing treats and baked goods that will suit any chocolate lovers’ pallet or preference.

Cooking: Crazy Cupcakes ( 6 to 10 Years)

Have fun while learning to bake and decorate an assortment of homemade cupcakes. Participants will learn the basics of how to follow a recipe, apply frosting and how to decorate their creations with sprinkles and icing. Individual cupcake decorating styles will be encouraged through instructor guidance and in-class practice.

Cooking: No Bake Snacks (10 to 13 Years)

Through this program, participants will indulge their creative side while working with no bake recipes. Participants will make a variety of intriguing treats and snacks that use basic ingredients without the need to use an oven.

Gingerbread House Making (6 to 10 Years)

Parent and child will spend quality time together making a unique gingerbread house to share with family and friends during the holidays. Participants can let their imaginations run wild as they learn proper icing techniques and decorate their houses with a variety of colourful candies. This no bake workshop also includes gingerbread themed games, songs and story-telling. Parent / guardian participation is required.

Cooking: Crazy Cookies and Cupcakes ( 6 to 10 Years)

Camp Kids In The Kitchen ( 6 to 9 Years)

Enjoy the excitement of the kitchen while learning how to plan, shop, prepare, cook and bake many different creations from around the world. Campers may also participate in various camp activities such as cooperative games, sports, aquatic activities and crafts. These activities vary by location. Before and after care is available, a separate registration and fee is required. Required Equipment: Comfortable clothing including running shoes.

Drop In Ai Chi

Ai Chi is a gentle group exercise program in warm, chest-deep water. It is based on a series of 19 flowing movement patterns similar to Tai Chi. Some people living with fibromyalgia have experienced profound pain relief because of their participation in an Ai Chi program. The program begins with breathing exercises and progresses by adding upper body movements, trunk stability challenges and lower-body movements. It is designed to tone the body, increase range of motion while promoting relaxation and a healthy mind-body relationship.

Drop In Better Backs H2O ≈

This program features exercise progressions for chronic back pain and orthopaedic conditions. This program will address muscle imbalance, improve core stability, increase muscle strength and range of motion. This class will start each week with functional walking patterns followed by muscle conditioning and stretching. Exercises are designed to enhance activities of daily living. This program is suitable for participants with chronic back pain, Parkinson's, poor balance and posture, and for anyone who has challenges walking after surgery or an injury.
