This program features exercise progressions for chronic back pain and orthopaedic conditions. This program will address muscle imbalance, improve core stability, increase muscle strength and range of motion. This class will start each week with functional walking patterns followed by muscle conditioning and stretching. Exercises are designed to enhance activities of daily living. This program is suitable for participants with chronic back pain, Parkinson's, poor balance and posture, and for anyone who has challenges walking after surgery or an injury.
