A Place to Grow Childcare was formed in 2001 in response to a verbalised need for a preschool or nursery to focus on play and the development of social skills. Since then, we have developed a reputation for providing superior care in a safe, stimulating environment where children between the ages of 3 months and 12 years old are encouraged to freely express themselves.We are open 6:30am to 5:30pm from Monday through Friday and offer flexible arrangements for families who need it. We are conveniently located inside St Christopher School and St Angela School, with ample play areas for children to learn and grow. Parents are always welcome to stop by. | The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall submit written verification on a monthly basis to the program advisor that daily playground checks have been completed. |
| The Infant licensed capacity of 10 is based on the use of Room 109, the Toddler capacity of 15 is based on the use of Room 110, the Preschool licensed capacity of 16 is based on the use of Room 108 and the School Age licensed capacity of 24 is based Room 107 with the Resource room approved as alternate school age space. Room 107 is approved for alternate space for 24 preschool children when the school age children are not present. Room 107 is approved for 16 school age children when the preschool children are not present. The alternate use of rooms 107 and 108 are approved based on the operator's plan reviewed at the time of licensing. |
