The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| One supervisor is off program on a full-time basis. A second supervisor is off program on a half-time basis. |
| Infant Room is licensed for use by an infant group of 10 children. Toddler Room is licensed for use by a toddler group of 15 children.
