| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator recieves a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 3. The school gym is approved for occasional use. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for when more than 20% of the group in the school age group are from the next younger age group, the ratios for the next younger age group must be used (1:10) with a maximum group size of 20 children. |
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: School Age (20): 4 children. |
