The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The licensee shall ensure that the infant/toddler playground rotation plan submitted to the Ministry is followed at all times and assessed regularly for effectiveness.
Room 103 is licensed for use by a group of 24 preschool children.
The kindergarten and/or the school age programs are licensed to operate before and after school and full day on PA days and school holidays.
Staff will remind children about safety considerations when using the stones in the playground. Staff will be positioned near the area to support safety when the stones are in use. Appropriate signage will remain posted at all times.
The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 124, 128 and 129 for 60 school age children.
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request.
The licensee shall ensure that children are directly supervised at the preschool spiral slide when in use.
Room 101 is licensed for use by a group of 10 infant children.
Room 102 is licensed for use by a group of 13 toddler children.

Director's Approval

Director approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation.
Director Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
