| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the office of the home child care agency. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The licensee will adhere to the submitted plan of action which supports the temporary capacity of a provider’s home whose enrollment includes 3 children who are under 2 years of age. The licensee will ensure that the capacity of this home does not exceed the care of 5 children including the provider’s own child. |
| By October 16th, 2015, the licensee will confirm the continued support for a provider to care for 3 children who are under 2 years of age to December 6, 2015. The confirmation will include the documentation of compliance reports related to this provider. |
Director's Approval
