The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The operator shall ensure that the total occupancy of the centre, including adults and children, does not exceed 40 until a fire alarm system is installed. |
The operator shall monitor the completion of the daily and monthly playground checklists. A copy of the completed daily and monthly playground checklist records shall be submitted to the ministry by the 30th day of each month for the duration of this licence. |
By the 30th day of each month during the term of this licence the operator will send written proof to the ministry that a fire drill has been conducted. |
The operator shall ensure that no more than 8 children use playground A and no more than 16 children use playground B at any given time. |
This program is licensed to operate the Laneway Room with 5 toddlers or 8 preschoolers, and the Large Back Room with 10 toddlers or 8 preschoolers. |
Director's Approval
Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (10): 2 children; Preschool (16): 3 children. |
