| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The school age licensed capacity of 12 is based on the use of the OEYC Room. The drama room, library and gym have been approved for occasional use by the school age group. |
| The operator shall continue to record the outdoor times for each group on a daily basis to ensure all groups are being provided with the required amount of outdoor time as per DNA requirements. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for outdoor space less than 5.6 sq.m. per child based on the licensed capacity until the toddler and infant playgrounds can be completed. |
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Infant (6) N/A, Toddler (15):3, Preschool (16):3, School Age (12):2. |
