| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the office of the home child care agency. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Approval for extended hours and overnight care based on agency's written policy and with the condition that: - each approved home has a fire evacuation plan - appropriate bedding and a bed suitable to the child's age is provided - the agency must ensure that each approved provider has adequate insurance in place for the provision of extended hours and overnight care - the agency must ensure that spot checks of the homes are conducted at times when extended hours care is provided. |
