| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator is approved to offer an alternate age grouping of up to 20 JK children (44 to 67 months of age) or 24 SK children (56 to 67 months of age). |
| The licensee shall ensure that monthly fire drills are completed for each month of operation. Copies of the monthly fire drill records for the months of September, October and November, 2015 shall be forwarded to the Ministry by December 1, 2015. |
