| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 102. The School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 102 when the preschool children are not present. The gym is approved for occasional special programming. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (16):3, School Age (15):3. |
