The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The operator shall ensure that the playground is not used by the JK/SK children until the operator submits a playground rotation schedule to the Minstry for review.
The operator shall ensure that Alternate Rooms 1048 and 1050 are not used until the Ministry has received a revised letter from Toronto Fire Services to include these rooms as approved for use.
The kindergarten and/or school-age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.
The operator shall ensure that the playground is not used by the JK/SK children until the operator submits a playground rotation schedule to the Minstry for review.
The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of rooms 1194 (19 children) and 1190 (24 children).
The toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of room 1195.
The school-age licensed capacity is based on the use of room 1013.
The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of rooms 1044, 1047, 1051, 1053, and 1054 (20 children in each room) and the alternate spaces of rooms 1023, 1048, 1050 and 1069 (20 children in each room)
Room 1053,1051,1054,1047,1044, are licensed for a group of 20 Kindergarten children until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, room 1053,1051,1054,1047,1044are licensed for a group of 26 kindergarten children.
As of August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for groups of 26 kindergarten children in each of the rooms used by kindergarten children during the school day and must meet the staff: child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
As of August 31, 2015, director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group.

Director's Approval

Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to s. 55(2).
Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, director approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation.
Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3).
