| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The preschool capacity is based on the use of primary room #107 for a maximum of 16 children and the gymnasium as alternate space with a maximum of 16 children. |

Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 106 is licensed for a group of 26 JK/SK children. Room 108 is licensed for a group of 26 JK/SK children. |
| Within the JK/SK capacity the operator can operate with an alternate capacity of 12 SK children with a 1:12 staff to child ratio in rooms 106 and 108, with a maximum of 12 SK children at any given time. |
| Within the preschool capacity the operator can operate with an alternate capacity of 10 JK/SK children with a 1:10 staff to child ratio in room 107, with a maximum of 10 JK/SK children at any given time. |
