The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.
The preschool capacity is based on the use of primary room #107 for a maximum of 16 children and the gymnasium as alternate space with a maximum of 16 children.
The school age capacity is based on the use of primary rooms #3 for a maximum of 25 children, Room #1 for a maximum of 25 children and the gymnasium with an alternate maximum of 30 children.
The operator shall ensure that the washroom supervision plan submitted to the Ministry is followed at all times when children are using the Gymnasium as the centre's licensed alternate space.
Room 106 is licensed for a group of 20 JK/SK. Room 108 is licensed for a group of 20 JK/SK, until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 106 is licensed for a group of 26 JK/SK children. Room 108 is licensed for a group of 26 JK/SK children.
Within the JK/SK capacity the operator can operate with an alternate capacity of 12 SK children with a 1:12 staff to child ratio in rooms 106 and 108, with a maximum of 12 SK children at any given time.
Within the preschool capacity the operator can operate with an alternate capacity of 10 JK/SK children with a 1:10 staff to child ratio in room 107, with a maximum of 10 JK/SK children at any given time.
The maximum number of children using the alternate space gymnasium at any given time is 30 School age children, 20 JK/SK children or 16 preschool children.
Upon completion of repairs and renovations and prior to the use of the playground structure, the operator shall submit an independent certified playground inspector's written verification that all health and safety issues have been addressed.
The operator shall ensure that all required playground inspections are conducted daily, monthly seasonally and annually, as required by the ministry playground safety policy. The operator shall ensure that a record of the operator’s monitoring of compliance is available to ministry staff for review at all times.

Director's Approval

Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to s.55(2).
Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, director approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation.
