The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator is to monitor and repair, as needed, the settling and depression formed within the south end of the repair patch installed at the south west corner of the toddler playground surface where it appears the underlying subsoil may be settling. |
| The operator shall monitor the top layer of the surface in the preschool playground for wear along the west edge of the surface, adjacent to the concrete sidewalk below the fence, and repair as needed. |
