| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The School Age component of this program is licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A. days and school holidays, including July and August. |
| The Nursery School component of this program is licensed to operate from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the approval of Room 8 as primary space and Room 6 and the Library as alternate space. The School Age capacity is based on the approval of Room 10, Room 11 and Workroom 12 as primary space and Gym 1 and Gym 2 as alternate space. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s.55(2) of O Reg 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows, Toddler (15):3, Preschool(16):3 and School Age(30):6. |
| Director’s approval is granted for the use of the unfenced JK/SK school yard provided the supervision plan on file with the ministry is followed. |
| Director approval has been granted for the Toddler group and the Preschool group to share the playground area. Outdoor play time must be scheduled at different times and a record is to be maintained recording the time spent outdoors for each group. |
