| Le titulaire de permis doit veiller à ce que le résumé de l’inspection pour la délivrance du permis soit affiché bien en vue dans le centre de garde près d’une entrée normalement utilisée par les parents. Le titulaire de permis doit veiller à ce que la liste de vérification et le sommaire des exigences et des recommandations relatives à la délivrance de permis soient facilement mis à la disposition des parents. Le titulaire de permis doit veiller à ce que la capacité totale autorisée ne soit jamais dépassée. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by September 1, 2016 that the written plan for completion of valid certification in standard first aid including infant and child CPR has been completed by all staff and that full compliance has been achieved. |
| If community parks are used, the equipment must be age appropriate and ratios must be met or exceeded. Safety checks must be conducted and recorded prior to each use. The fixed structures in the park are not to be used unless there is sufficient surfacing which meets CSA standards under these structures. |
| The school age capacity is based on the use of the Church basement. |
| If the community park is used the operator shall ensure that fixed playground equipment is not used by children until it is confirmed that the structures meet CSA standards and that all health and safety concerns have been eliminated. |
