| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room: 14 (20). |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room: 10 (15) and the alternate space of Room 13 (15). |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide a program for 16 preschool children in Room 10; 16 preschool children in Room 12; 20 JK/SK in Room 14 and 15 school age children in the Room 13. |
| The operator shall notify the ministry prior to using the alternate capacity to ensure an additional school age room is licensed to meet the licensed capacity. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (16): 3 children, JK/SK (20): 4 children, school age (30): 6 children. |
