Ai Chi ≈

Ai chi is a gentle group exercise program in warm, chest-deep water. It is based on a series of 19 flowing movement patterns similar to tai chi. Some people living with fibromyalgia have experienced profound pain relief because of their participation in an ai chi program. The program begins with breathing exercises and progresses by adding upper body movements, trunk stability challenges and lower body movements. It is designed to tone the body, increase range of motion while promoting relaxation and a healthy mind-body relationship.
