Aqua Cycle Circuit Station - Therapeutic ≈

This program is a circuit style class for those with arthritis using the underwater stationary bikes. Combine a gentle cardio and core workout on the bike with muscle conditioning intervals off the bike. Stations in the circuit will incorporate resistance equipment that has been specially designed for use in the water. Class will include warm-up, cardio, muscle conditioning and stretch in a circuit format. Suitable for those recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, the class is taught with consideration and education of safe exercise movements.This program is offered in a warm water environment. For your comfort aqua or water shoes are strongly recommended.

Confirmation receipts will be mailed within 2 weeks or e-mailed immediately

Online registration for Fall and Winter programs begin August 15. In person registration available at recreation facilities and the Customer Service Centre beginning August 22.

Programs with low enrollment may be cancelled. Remember to register early.
